I used this for the first time last night. I made roasted Carrots and Potatoes. Cut the potatoes up like fat French fries, and cut the carrots up the same. I used Avocado Oil and Garlic Pepper…covered the veggies and put in the pan.Cooked in the oven for 40 minutes and they were done perfectly. My other pan usually takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes.We cooked a Pot Roast with Onions and we then added that to the potatoes and carrots. Made a little gravy- and had an AWESOME dinnerWhat made it even better was the pan cleaned I better than any I’ve ever used. And I have some pretty expensive pots and pans.I would not only highly recommend this pan- but I will also be buying more! Worth every penny!
