was damaged Luckily I checked it before installing it, otherwise I would have been even more annoyed. I'm trying to install this on a machine I'm restoring. I wanted to leave the old factory radio in place, mount it in a separate location and just mount the wired remote next to it. At the moment I have two non-working remotes and now I get no response from the support team. It could be a bad remote or device, but I feel like I'm stuck with that. I don't need this receiver if I can't use the remote control. Update 06/08/2021: Support has contacted me again and is working with me to send the device in for repair. I sent it back and will update this review again.
