Great Product! Easy to clean. It will caramelize a bit for a while, but that doesn't detract from the product in any way. Using these silicone mats saves paper, foil and oil. They are easy to use. Simply place on a baking sheet and you're done. You never have to lubricate it. If it doesn't quite fit on your baking sheets, simply flip it over and lay the mat down. I have different sizes so take it. I have never run fibers through silicone like some others have reported. I keep them in bowls for storage. Sometimes through something I don't use often. I love her.
