Review on 💧 Culligan Reverse Osmosis Filter Membrane - Optimize Water Purity by John Hashman

I bought this filter and membrane set for my Culligan AC-30 system because they said it was compatible with my system. I received and installed the filters and membrane. After a few weeks it became apparent that something was not working properly so I had to contact Culligan Technical Support. They determined that the filters and membranes were not compatible, so I bought the correct filters and membranes from them and installed them. The attached image shows the original/correct filters and membranes on the right and the purchased incompatible ones on the left. On closer inspection, the differences are visible. I'm expecting a refund on the purchase of filters and membranes and the Culligan tech ($159). I can return incompatible filters and membranes on request, even if they are not currently being resold.
