Review on Felendy by Joshua Follansbee

I was eager to test Felendy's products because I frequently wear wigs and hair extensions. I was eventually dissatisfied with both the caliber of their offerings and their level of customer service. The hair extensions I bought from Felendy were thin and tangled readily, to start. The extensions rapidly lost their shine and turned frizzy despite using the suggested hair care products. The wig I bought also appeared unnatural because the wefting had obvious spaces in it. I raised these concerns with Felendy's customer service department, but I only received unhelpful and dismissive answers. It was obvious that the business was not concerned with offering their clients an acceptable resolution. In conclusion, I would not suggest Felendy to anyone searching for premium hair care items and accoutrements. Felendy falls short in both product quality and customer support compared to the many other businesses on the market.
