Very useful when cooking dishes
I find the instructions for the magnetic fryer invaluable when preparing different dishes. It's easy to read, easy to wipe off, and I appreciate that it's blendable (mine is wrapped in an instant pot - all my implements are stainless steel and don't hold a magnet). The recommended cooking time is correct - sometimes I want something "blackened" so I increase the time and/or increase the temperature. The second magnetic sheet in the package is used as a reference for measurements. I don't use it very often, but it certainly comes in handy when I need a reminder or a transformation.
