UPDATE: The seller replaced the rack and all parts are in! It looks really good and it’s sturdy. Great customer service. As for the rack itself I kind of wish there was more space between the two racks because the clothes/hangers kind of get tangled together and looks messy. So I’m only using the taller rack.—————Just got this is item and all the screws, bolts, tools and wheels are missing. The box looked like it had been open with just one tiny strip of packing tape barely hangin on. So disappointed as I ordered this for a specific project that needs to be completed.
