Great option if looking at managing ESX/vSphere
The best thing about this product is that it has a very simple interface with multiple options to help you manage all your virtual machines in one place - as well as monitor them.
There are some limitations when compared to other products like Veeam or Microsoft's own offering, but they do have some good features like automatic backups and the ability to create different types of VM images. I used it mainly for backing up my virtual machines. It offers great support and can be used to quickly set up new environments without needing any extra tools or software.

- Easy setup
- Great backup feature (incremental)
- Very easy way yo migrate from vCenter server 3.
- Good integration into GPOs using Group Policy Management tool available at http://5NineManager/GPOManagement/
Cons
- Can't copy an image created by another user
- No option exists if we want our custom script executed before OS
