I have ordered several items from this company and have returned most of them. I kept it because I like the idea, but the design just isn't well thought out. After filling, the screws wouldn't go in and now both screws are sticking out and scratching when worn. The saying is beautiful and I like what it says, it's just impossible to read no matter how you wear the bracelet unless I suddenly forgot how to wear the bracelets. You can wear it open side up or down, but the lettering doesn't work both ways, if that makes sense.
