The quality is fine, it's fine to use.

Pros below:
The perforation is even and along the entire length, the valve is filled along the entire circumference and in an even layer. The paper looks thick and lays flat.
Different cons:
The box came open and opened, wrapped with stretch film. Well, it was made in Korea, of course, not in Germany.
