First the rack should arrive in 3 weeks, then 4 days. Racks came in a day and a half. It was cool there. The installation took 5-10 minutes without instructions. Pretty easy to find out. The stand is also very versatile. It's easily height adjustable and detachable so I can just ride my bike and the racks don't get in the way. Detachable also means I can choose which side of the bike I want the rack on when I need it. I carried 6'1 and 9'0 with a board bag. The stand gets along well with any board.
