Once you get used to them, it's very hard to stop using them for organizing wires and fastening all sorts of things organization to use. I have several tools, parts, bundles and hose/wire spools in my truck all organized along with it. I've never liked Velcro straps, they're too dirty and attract too much dirt. And I hate wasting regular zip ties cutting them off all the time. They made life a little easier. The main reason I chose these over the others was because they considered leverage and ease of release. Some of the other designs don't look as friendly, especially when you're wearing gloves. They're pretty easy to solve for me most of the time.
