Before I joined the streaming community, I ran a long HDMI cable from my computer in one room to a TV in another. This keyboard and mouse worked losslessly in another room, even with the door closed (i.e. I pressed a key, the computer responded as quickly as if I were sitting in front of it). But loud. If you appreciate the old-fashioned "clicket-clack" sound, you'll love this one. But when my wife is in bed, the clicks and clacks get damn annoying!
