Very thoughtful. for scrapbooking and stamping

Colored vinyl is highly reflective yet looks like a permanent adhesive. It cuts very easily on my cameo 3. It uses higher pressure than regular glossy vinyl. weed easily. Black is very thin on reflectivity.
