I really like this and I actually ordered a 2nd one. I don’t know if I measured wrong but I started out with a 24 based on what I thought were the measurements and I wound up at an 18. I have to say it’s likely because my bust is larger than the rest of me so that may be why. The bottom floats up when you’re in the water but that is to be expected as it’s a loose fitting, drapey kind of top. Which I prefer as it hides tummy etc. Seems well made but I just got it. I also like that there isn’t a bra type clasp in the back, as I’ve had ones like that and they’re nearly impossible to clasp!
