The green color is nice but grayer than I thought it would be which is nice because now this bag will be paired with even more outfits than it already has. Like other reviewers, this is a soft leather finish but not shiny. Almost feels like suede. I love the interior pockets for sunglasses and lip balm, as well as the interior zip pocket for more personal items that you'd rather keep private. I'm going to use the outside pocket for the phone, and I've attached the keys to one of the rings on the wallet strap. Diagonal zippers on the outside are also pockets, but I don't use them. I had a similar bag last year and those zippers tended to unravel on their own and I lost some lip balms! It should be noted that I did not receive the color that I received. I ordered a brown saddle but received an army green one. I liked the color so much that I decided to keep it! It's beautiful and quirky and pairs beautifully with any of my outfits. I'm giving it four stars because I can't say anything about durability as I only had it one day and didn't receive the color I ordered. I LOVE it though and will be ordering light pink soon!
