I was so lucky to find somewhere with inexpensive ink. Then when I tried it for the first time, the ink in my printer didn't work. It's happening now. All my fault. But here's the story. When the ink proved ineffective I emailed EZ for a refund. They asked a few clarifying questions, which I answered. Then, even though more than 60 days had passed since the purchase, my account was immediately fully credited. I started reading some of the few negative reviews. One said the ink spilled when she removed the tab. I realized I hadn't removed the tabs when I replaced the ink. When I did that, the ink worked fine. I emailed EZ and told them to refund the money to my account. The inks work perfectly!
