I have connected several cameras to a Blue Iris running on a PC. I needed a new camera for my garage as the back door of the garage is a small weak point in relation to the driveway. It is mounted high on the wall and faces down. It can also be mounted on the ceiling etc. When installing, ignore the small instructions supplied. This is incorrect. The camera is set to DHCP, which means that it will receive an IP address as soon as it is switched on. You can download an application that searches for a camera on your network. Blue Iris discovered the camera very quickly using ONVIF. I work with professional cameras and the image quality is excellent and you can adjust many settings. I still don't have very good night vision, but I don't think the settings are right. Please note that the camera is NOT a PTZ camera. The sensor can be moved within the dome, but it's in a limited range and once it's in place, leave it alone. It worked flawlessly for a month, which is way better than many budget cameras I've tried!
