Review on Clarity 53714 Dect 6.0 Amplified Cordless Phone with Digital Answering System - VoIP Phone and Device, White (Model D714) by Stanley Redline

This is a difficult review due to my personal inability to be blind. It is advertised as for people with visual impairments; It has large backlit dialing keys, which is a big plus. But the window in which I was hoping to see the caller's number in large black numbers actually showed very small letters and numbers in light blue - not visible at all to the visually impaired. The ringtone is loud and adjustable, just like the caller tone. But if I don't turn on the speakerphone, I can't hear the caller, and my loss is my sight, not my hearing. It takes up little space, is portable and has a good digital answering machine. The information on the screen should be in black and large print, and the sound can be louder and clearer when not playing through the speaker. Shipping and handling were very good.
