This activity tracker had potential, but unfortunately fell short. The PERSONALIZED options were limited and did not accurately track my wellness and relaxation levels. The app was difficult to navigate and often crashed... On the plus side the silicone band was comfortable to wear. However, I would not recommend this product to anyone in the market for a reliable health and household tracker. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I was able to recognize its flaws..
