Review on BUUFAN by Andrew Arneson

Revainrating 1 out of 5

BUUFAN is a disappointing online store with a narrow selection of products.

BUUFAN is an online store that specializes in arts, crafts, and jewelry-making supplies, and I was excited to test it out because I am a crafter who enjoys making things. Unfortunately, my time spent in this business has been marked by nothing but frustration and dissatisfaction at every turn. To begin, I discovered that their selection of fabrics and beads was quite limited, and there were very few choices that were both unique and fashionable. The quality of the materials that they did have appeared to be about ordinary, and I was not overly impressed with the variety of tools and findings that they offered either. In addition, I discovered that the prices at BUUFAN were significantly higher than the prices offered by other online craft stores that I have purchased at in the past. In my opinion, the products are not worth the price tag, and the fact that there is not enough variation makes the situation even more irritating. To make matters even more difficult for me, the shipping times were significantly longer than I anticipated, and it took several weeks for my order to finally appear. When it did eventually arrive, some of the items were damaged, and their customer service team was unresponsive and unhelpful in their attempts to resolve the issue. In general, my experience with BUUFAN was very negative, and I would not advise other people who are interested in creating to shop at this online store. There are many choices on the market that are superior to the company's offerings, which include a limited selection, high prices, and poor customer service.
