First test 5 stars

I bought this 2000 watt pure sine wave inverter to power my off grid cab. I have 1000 watts for all my needs (lights, fridge, tv etc) but in the morning I need to start the generator for Keurig. What a pain in the ass. So I switched to this 2000W unit. The first results are great. This outputs 115120 VAC. Under heavy load (1350 watts), the Keurig dropped to 110VAC for a few milliseconds, but recovered. The measured frequency was 59.3 Hz and did not change during the test. Under heavy load (1350 W), the device's meter showed 75%, which is pretty close. The fan will turn on at around 500W and the fan will pulse (louder/faster) under heavy loads. Fan noise is not an issue as fans are needed to keep the device cool. If you are concerned about fan/wind noise, do not turn on the power supply above 500-1000W. However, if you want to power heavier loads (microwave ovens, Keurig, etc.) then a fan is required. You can't have one (heavy loads) without the other (cooling fan). I measured the high and low voltage cut off. High Voltage Cutoff 14.8V, turns on when voltage drops to 14.3 volts. The low voltage cutoff will beep 3 times at 10.5 volts, turn off at 9.0 volts, then turn on again at 11.9 volts. The beep is very loud, 70dB at 2500Hz and 60dB at 5000Hz, so you're sure to hear a message when you're near this device. I don't have an oscilloscope so I can't measure the waveform. I'll borrow one, measure the waveform and report. So for the first 10 Kerig cycles; 10 stars. Let me get a few hundred cycles and report. Keep for updates.
