One of the things that makes my MacBook Pro so fun is its light, thin and portable design. I dreaded the thought of putting it in a heavy, bulky bag. I love the stylish look of the MOSISO Messenger Laptop Crossbody Bag. The fabric and color make it more modern and "custom" than the bunch of black ballistic nylon bags I've ridden through over the years. I choose blue as a more casual color that doesn't scream "this is a laptop bag". The size and weight are ideal for me. It's like a padded laptop sleeve with zips and handles for protection and portability rather than bulkiness. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of storage space in this bag. I can easily fit my MacBook, charger, mouse, iPad, laptops (old fashioned paper bags) and even a small purse as long as the gusset is closed. There is a pocket on the front which I call an "office" with small internal pockets for cards, pens and small items. External pockets allow you to store and access items without opening the main pocket. All outside pockets have zippers. One reviewer mentions stiff or sticky zippers. I did notice that the zipper on the back pocket was a bit tight, but it broke a couple of times opening and closing and I have no complaints. I love that it can be worn crossbody, across the body, or worn as a sleeve. The shoulder strap is detachable and the carrying handles can be stowed in their own pockets. The main bag opens wide for easy loading and unloading. The inner laptop pocket has a strap to keep the laptop in place. Of course, this is not an emergency bag. Despite the comfortable padding, it is light and flexible. This is not a hard bag. However, my MacBook has a shockproof body and fits easily in a bag. If you can't tell, I'm really happy with this bag. The only suggestion I could have would be the same for each bag: make the color inside bright and contrasting so you can find things easily. Looking for dark objects in a dark bag is not interesting. This is how my camera bags are designed and when you use this bag you will appreciate its convenience.
