As a self-proclaimed "geek," I couldn't wait to give SCORDERS a try when shopping for my most recent electrical gadget. My dealings with this company were quite disappointing. Once I finally completed my transaction, shipping took forever. After waiting weeks for my order to arrive, I was dissatisfied to learn that the product was damaged upon arrival. The item showed signs of prior usage or mishandling, such as scratches and dents. Customer service was much less prompt and helpful. No one responded to my attempts to contact them about the problems I had encountered. In conclusion, if you are looking for a new electrical device or accessory, do not go with SCORDERS. Their website is tough to navigate, they have a small selection, poor shipping times, and unhelpful staff. Avoid the headache and search elsewhere for what you need in terms of electronic devices.
