No "flash "!

I have a 4GB R-Pi 4b with a 7" LCD, so the PSU needs to power both the R-Pi and the display. the power indicator (yellow lightning bolt in the upper right corner) is flashing. Not so, it works perfectly with this power supply! No "flash"!
