Easily assembled but the sides flex so the drawers don't stay in place when opened, they fall off the rails EVERY time. As it is assembled and mostly chipboard there is really no way to repackage and return it. I have requested a refund as it is unusable as is. 2 boxes do not stay on the rails. just sit. I'm very disappointed - I have one of these which I ordered 2 years ago and it's great but the wheels are jamming in the rails on both sides. With this arrangement, the wheels are only fixed in the rails on one side, so that no kinks are tolerated. Also, the device feels very loose, wobbles and wobbles. My previous block is still in great shape and never had this problem. I'll wait and see what they do with it, but right now I'm stuck in the corner of my office with a bunch of useless junk.
