is the worst product. a) it comes with no instructions for turning. I should have found out. 2) Once I make the adjustment, both sides are balanced. I place a quarter in a tray, the scale tips as expected. then I put the quarter in another tray, it should be balanced. Guess what? it's still wrong! Turns out the bar has sooooo much friction in the middle that once tiled it can't be balanced even at the same weight. What garbage!
