Update 04/14/2020 So I've been using the compression sleeve every day for 2 weeks and now it has a hole at the bottom. I understand that I wear it a lot, but isn't that the main thing? I am very disappointed and am updating my rating from 4 to 1 star. If it doesn't stand up to regular use, it can't serve its purpose. , after wearing hiking shoes for a week, bought to get active again. I wear them all day and even with two hour walks a day, my residual stiffness quickly subsides. Even though the sizing guide recommends a small size for a men's size 9.5 shoe, I was skeptical and bought a medium size and it's comfortable. enough to wear all day with what I consider medium compression. If you want heavy compression, use the recommended size.
