Review on Metal Chopsticks Reusable Dishwasher Safe 18/8 Stainless Steel Chopstick Cute Multicolor Laser Engraving Non-Slip Japanese Korean Elegant Chopstick For Cooking Eating 9.8" 2 Pairs Gift Set (S3) by Damon Fuqua

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Lightweight, easy to use, but design looks faded

I wasn’t sure if I would like stainless steel, but my plastic pair that was a "favor” from a wedding years ago, was chewed to bits by my new puppy. Since then, I just get the wooden ones when I do takeout. A couple weeks ago, the last time I did takeout, I reminisced about my plastic chop sticks, and thought, "hmm…. I wonder if Revain sells those”. Sure enough, I found pages of chop sticks (I swear if you can think it, Revain sells it.)Much to my surprise, I really like these. While a little pricey for chop sticks, you do receive 2 pairs. They are stainless steel, so they won’t break or be destroyed by a teething puppy. I was concerned that they might be too heavy, but they are surprisingly lightweight. Of course they’re heavier than wood or plastic, but nothing that is significantly noticeable. Your ease of use is not hindered in any way. The design is subtle and not overwhelming, although the colors really could be deeper and richer, because they are much too light. It could be the technique used to etch the design, but it looks faded and indiscernible. I had to take a star off for that. Cleaning is simple with soap and water, I don’t have a dishwasher so I can’t comment on that.I was really happy to have finally replaced my chopsticks. I had used them for so many years, it felt unnatural to eat Chinese without them. Now I can feel normal again (if only it were that simple).

You can’t grip these chopsticks, there’s no grip at the bottom so can’t pick anything up, they look nice but can barely be used. Buy a cheaper set or just stay away from these there more annoying then anything else
