After 97 hours it didn't work on the new machine. Revain tech support was forced to give me permission for a replacement and BlueDri support never replied to Revain, didn't take Daniel's messages and didn't call me back as I was told and emailed. I probably got a lemon but I'm 100% disappointed in a $600 purchase that I desperately need due to airborne mold spores and a sensitive family. Our health concerns were not the priority here, which is a huge mistake. I will seriously consider my long-term loyalty if I do not make a satisfactory decision.
