Not good for secondary fermentation
I bought these as they gave the impression of quality but they are a lot worse than the regular bottles I used to make for June and Kvass. They don't seal properly. Secondary fermentation is not possible. All my drinks were empty due to an air leak. They don't take any pressure at all. I'll try ordering thicker gaskets and see if that helps, but the metal holding the lid is pretty flimsy too. The bottles themselves are thick and strong and should be good for anything but home fermentation where you need a proper seal.
