Review on BuddyPhones Inflight by Rodney Mendoza

UPDATE: Thought I'd share this as it might help others who bought the same brand and are now having the same problem. I contacted the seller (Brand Hut) after I left a review. I figured why not get in touch and ask if they have a replacement program/policy or something. I received an answer immediately. Onanoff has developed new and stronger headphone cables. Long story short, they sent us a replacement cable for my daughter's pink headphones. They aren't currently pink and we're getting a different color but Laura from Brand Hut suggested that if I remember to text them back in 2-3 weeks when the pink cords are back in stock, she'll do those too can send pink cord. . My daughter will love it. Also, they offered to send extra cables because they know my son has Onanoff headphones. I changed my rating to 3 stars because the headphones are ok but the original cables are of poor quality. But I give Brand Hut a full 5 stars for the quick response and proactive suggestion to replace the root cause of the problem. I will re-post and update the review once we have new cables and let you know if this has completely resolved the issue (ie no sound issue). Thank you Brandhütte! Hope this helps others. -------------------------- ------------------- --- We have Bought these Onanoff Kids Inflight (pink) headphones for our daughter last October. The part of the cord that connects to the one closest to the listener (I don't know what to call them) is now frayed. The headphones stop working as no sound comes out even if my daughter wiggles the cord a bit to make it work. I am sad that this is the case. The product got good reviews and although my daughter's cousins bought another brand that was cheaper but had the same features, we bought this based on the reviews. She liked them even though she had to adjust to a lower volume (that's why we bought her these volume-limited headphones), but unfortunately they are now useless to her. The product didn't even last more than 3 months and that's very disappointing. We may have received a faulty item but after having worked reasonably well for 3 months and now with frayed cables and no sound it looks like the quality hasn't held up. My daughter is very careful with these headphones as they usually attach to her iPod Touch which is very dear to her so we are very surprised at the wear and tear. A few weeks later we bought another one for her little brother. It still seems ok. Fingers crossed that this lasts longer. I hope this review helps other people who want to buy quality headphones for their kids. I'll post a photo a little later.
