I gave 4 stars for ease of use because turning the dial from 0 to 5 hurts my fingers. You'll almost cut yourself on the dial because it's so uneven. Besides, it's perfection! You never have to go to a car wash when you are willing to wash your own car. Remember how car washes smack your car and its clear coat every time you walk through it. It's easy on your clear coat and so easy to use. You can control how much foam comes out and when it's just water at 0, so you don't have to turn off the hose and remove the soap dispenser. Just turn the dial to 0 and then rinse back to autofoaming.
