Review on Ultimate Windproof Reflective Automatic Inverted Umbrella by Linda Ballek

I've used this umbrella for less than 4 months (only about 4 times) and it broke. One of the metal wire mechanisms came loose, and one side of the screen "limped". The seller claims they have great customer service and stand behind the quality of their product but as soon as I reported the issue they wanted nothing to do with me. I just wanted them to take the broken umbrella and send me a new one. They referred me to Revain Customer Service. The system didn't allow me to do anything because the spare time was up. I was fortunate that Revain's customer service came up with something and refunded my purchase. I would not deal with this seller again. Buyer warning!
