Easy installation once the door is off the hinges. I put the door on a couple of saws, removed the old worn out door comb, decided to apply another coat of paint to seal the bottom of the door and screwed on a new door brush (I used 4-5 small stainless brushes). . steel screws I had on my workbench - you can also use small nails or sometimes staple them - I think the screws hold better). Works as it should, no drafts under the door. Not sure how long it will last but seems to be about the same quality as the old one that came with the door when it was new so I expect it will last a few years.
