I've been using algaecide and water clarifier to clear up our fish pond, and it was never completely clear, plus I accidentally overdosed the algaecide once and killed some of the fish, which was very upsetting. I found this. At first, I didn't see much difference, but the directions warned it would take awhile for the chemicals to leave the pond and allow this to work. Now I've been using it for 2 months, my pond is so clear that I can read the label on the fountain at the bottom. I can also tell the fish are more active and healthier without my dumping in the other poison. This is definitely what I'll be using from now on.
