Review on πŸ‘Ÿ ASICS Women's GEL-190 TR Cross-Training Shoe: Optimal Support and Performance for Women by Laura Russell

Not the Asics I know.

I'm recovering from a fractured metatarsal and need a roomier shoe so it doesn't hurt to put on. I already have several Asics in different colors but I wanted a white pair. This is the only one I've found with a larger selection. Local shops are very limited in their wide selection of shoes. The delivery was quick and the shoes were well packaged. (1* for that) I bought 2 pairs for the sizes I usually wear pre-injury but 2E wide. I only ordered them because of the possibility of a return. But I'm in dire need of a pair of running shoes to protect me from injury for a few months. As I looked at the style, I realized it wasn't what I expected. It looked like high-end $15 Wal-Mart sneakers. I ordered 2E and my foot had to go in. It was done with violence and maximally untied shoelaces. Unfortunately they were rigid and not wide enough. There was no mesh like my other Asics. Now I have to keep looking and wear my Asics which are fine until I walk 10-15 minutes. DO NOT buy this type of running shoes if you have swelling or pain in your foot.
