Decent storage solution

Got this for my entryway and the top panel is cracked (noted at the end, last step). I liked the picture on the product, but it doesn't look that nice when assembled. Would love to get a replacement board so I don't have to take the whole rack apart (just emailed the company with crossed thumbs). Difficult to assemble but not as bad as Ikea furniture. Love the rustic look. Little feet don't put the same depth on each foot so it wobbles; I will have to remove them completely.
