Review on Netka System by Loren Jacobson

Netka by Netka System is used as a tool to organize our IT process. Our IT organization works using Netka to document our requirements on IT projects that are implemented and supported by Netka. Netka is a tool that is good to support our documentation needs and provide a central source of help and support should anything go wrong. Netka seems great to use until its new features do not arrive or are released. We have been using Netka for over two year. New features have been added but only after a long wait. The wait time to get new features is too long. Currently, Netka System does not support Netka API in the Enterprise Edition. It is a great tool for a standard edition or for small businesses. We document our process for our projects using Netka and provide a central site for all employees. Netka System provides us with a central tool that is easy to access and use. The ease in which it can be used to manage our network resources! It has made managing our network so much easier than any other system we have had before. There are some features that could use work but overall I am happy with how easy this program makes my job. We needed a way for our users to easily access their files without having to go through several different programs or even emailing them. This solved all those problems.
