It fits well, about a month. Then it got stuck and the internal plastic parts that were supposed to hook onto the outer cylinder broke off and when the key clicked in the unlocked position it was like putting it on and the cover just stuck. Of course you only take it off at the pump, that's when it happened. Luckily I had enough gas to at least get me home so I could see how I could get the thing off. [Spoiler: You'll need to take a drill with a small bit and drill through the base of the lid as close to the handle ridge as possible, but only deep enough to pierce the first layer of outer plastic. Then use a screwdriver to push down on the inner cylinder of the cover to keep the top from rotating. Then carefully but firmly unscrew the cap and hold the screwdriver down until the cap breaks and begins to unscrew.] NOT RECOMMENDED! ! Ooooh, don't bother. I've had better and more reliable caps. This isn't one of them.
