Review on Blue Cordless Electric Coffee Bean Grinder With Rechargeable Battery & Removable Stainless Steel Bowl For Espresso, Seeds, Nuts And Spice Grinding by Norlan Pippinmd

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Works well. Holds max 2oz/56g of beans. Downside: battery needs to be charged often.

Works well. Doesn't work when charging (Strange). Loses charge quickly. Shows charge in 4 bars from 25% to 100%. First use knocks 50% off a fully charged unit. Second use down to 25%. Works maybe 4 or 5 more times at 25%. Grinds coffee ok. For french press, two 20-second grinds seems to be good. For drip, maybe 3 or 4 even.

Pros
  • Love this little thing! Love to cook and it makes grinding up herbs and things a breeze!!
Cons
  • The removable bowl may become dislodged during use, resulting in a mess or injury

I was hesitant to get a coffee grinder with a battery after some of the reviews I read but I''m glad I did. For $30 this comes with a sealed grinding container and a battery that has plenty of power and longevity. I don''t have coffee grounds on the counter or building up inside the unit like other models I read about. The battery has been used to grind beans for many pots of coffee and still shows 70% remaining. It usually takes about 15 seconds to grind beans fine for a drip coffee maker. The grinder is quiet and the the sealed cup is easy to fill, dump, and rinse.
