In addition to this SLIK desktop mockup, we have an iPad Mini 3 with a Kavaj leather case and several full-size stands. We regularly FaceTime with our grandkids and other family members, so it's nice to have the iPad upright and pointing properly, rather than tilted back on a tablet stand to eliminate the usual keystone effect. The tripod allows almost any adjustment - up, down, left, right and orientation for a better view and more professional results. Our ball bearing tripod model allowed for endless adjustments as needed. Fitting this mount was minor and very easy. An adjustable clamp is both a great idea and a great deal. I didn't have to take the Mini 3 out of its handy leather case, that would have taken some effort. The adjustable mounting clamp is very handy in this regard. This tablet mount is a real help for anyone who owns an iPad or tablet and likes to take photos or videos.
