Product looks just like the original mugs and you can definitely fit them into a blender but you have to press and twist really hard to close them actually get going to the mixer. The problem is that the mug doesn't screw all the way into the base, adding height between the bottom of the base and the plastic ribs on the mug. I've considered keeping them, but I'm concerned about wear and tear on my blender. I would hate to change that expensive blender just because I need a few extra cups.
