The best feature is the ability to have different versions of files being tracked. This is not always intuitive but once you get used to it, its a huge time saver. It also has some nice reporting features which are helpful for troubleshooting and tracking down issues. Sometimes the UI can be confusing - I had to look up some things several times before I realized what I was doing wrong (and then it took me awhile to figure out how to fix it). It's expensive compared to other solutions. We were looking for something that could track multiple versions of an item so that we could make sure everyone had a copy. We could also easily roll back if needed.
