The color and pattern of this towel are amazing. We recently bought some of these large microfiber towels to take on a trip to Asia. They were easy to pack because they fold very small, but they couldn't easily dry in our hotel room/inside any of the places we stayed. We had to hang them out the window to dry. They dry relatively quickly if you are in a sunny spot like a pool or beach. The sand shakes off easily so that's a good plus.
