Review on SpeechMotion Transcription Services by Frank Nguyen

The transcriptionist who worked with me was very professional to work with. She knew her stuff and took ownership of my project from beginning to end. I had some issues getting an accurate transcript but she went above and beyond in ensuring it was correct! Very easy to communicate with via email and text messaging as well. Would recommend this service highly. You can't go wrong here. Easy process and great customer support. I like how easy it was to use this software. It's very user friendly! The only thing i dislike about this program is its price. It seems expensive compared with other transcription services out there. This software does not have many features but what they do offer are great. There isn't much to say bad about this piece of software. If you're looking for an affordable way to transcribe your medical records or documents then this will be perfect for you!
