Far too small and I try on

This shirt runs small. My little six year old couldn't even buy the 7/8 I bought. She could barely get her arms through the sleeves. When we finally put it on it fit well on the sides but the neck was very low. Very poor fit in many ways. It's a cute concept shirt though.
