Poor suction from the start. I've had it for almost 3 months now and it's already broken. I've used it once, maybe twice a week to clean the top of my stairs with a small rug and vacuumed the bathroom tiles maybe 5 times. I wash the filter after each use as instructed. I make sure it is completely dry before using it again. Usually let it dry for at least 2 days. Charge it after each use and the battery will be fully charged in no more than 15 minutes. So now I'm out of $35 and have to order a new one because the return window is closed, even though it only lasted 3 months. I couldn't find the contact details of the sellers either. Save time and money and buy the best quality cordless handheld vacuum cleaner. It's not worth it at all!
