The bag arrived with a small defect -- but since it's on the back I'll take care of it. Overall I like it, it can hold my phone (Samsung Note 20) and a few other essentials I need while I'm at work. The shoulder strap is soft and doesn't irritate my neck like the other models. Pros: - big enough for my needs - padded strap - lots of pockets - magnetic closure - nice color options - light weight/doesn't feel bulky. There are many pockets, they are a little tight (maybe they stretch over time?) --- small items may fall to the bottom of the pocket and difficult to get back again if the pocket is not completely empty. Not sure if this is machine washable/tumble dry which would be nice - product arrived broken overall, for my needs this bag does the trick but I mainly use it at work which means I carry very few important ones Have things with me - my phone, extra masks (living in Covid times), pen and note paper. I bought a small carabiner that I attach my work ID and keys to on the outside of the bag as I don't think they fit comfortably in the bag or are easy to take out of the bag if needed.
