I am satisfied with the product, it is made well, the price is also pleasing.

The third time I used my new steam mop, the floor nozzle suddenly stopped producing steam, and now steam is gushing out of all the cracks instead of the floor. After unraveling it, I discovered the tube had come loose and secured it back into place. Everything appears to be operating normally, and it continues to be an excellent value.

Well washes floors, windows, grease from the kitchen, cleans baseboards. Haven't tried all the attachments yet.
